All courses will have assessments done online.

The 12 hour Paediatric First aid course will have a mix of both online and in person.
We value our customers and we understand that life does happen, if there is any problems regarding your bookings, please refer to our flexible cancellation/ refund policy below.

If you are cancelling any more than 7 days prior to the booking date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If you are cancelling within 7 days prior to the course a 70% cancellation fee will be applicable.

Please note that any online vouchers that have been generated or been redeemed make this course non-refundable.

Bookings are made via BACS payment. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full before the course date, and bookings will be confirmed by email. SK Training and Development Ltd will not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

With Corporate payments, invoices must be paid in full prior to the course date. SK Training and Development reserves the right to not provide any course until payment is made.

CERTIFICATION WILL BE HELD UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE IN FULL
